When I purchased a Net10 cell phone, I was required to provide a land line phone number to activate it through their website. Now I want to change my cell phone number, but I do not have a land line, and Net10 refuses to change the cell phone number because I do not have a land line. I have no use for a land line. Why does Net10 require me to have a land line to activate a cell phone?

I am currently in Wisconsin and I am looking for a new cell phone plan to call my fiance who is in Germany.  So I am in the states and want to call my fiance who is in Germany.  I know that I will get a signal and everything because I used a cell phone to call him before.  However, the rates were always pretty high and I am looking for a better phone plan for a cell phone.  Any recommendations?

I need to know an alternate way besides internet to get games to my cell phone. I don’t have internet on my phone. I want to be able to even try by bluetooth. Any suggestions? I have a Motorola V3.

I need a cell phone that is always available. I have never owned a cell before and don’t know what to look for.
I need a phone that works coast to coast north to south, no matter where I am in the country I need to be able to pick up that cell phone and be able to communicate with customers and dispatch and they need to be able to contact me.

I want to get a cell phone, but I want something I can show off to my friends. I also want a girly phone that isn’t too expensive. I want the phone to look nice, so no phones with like floral patterns on it. I am looking for a phone that is twice as good as an LG Keybo or a Lg Shine. Instead of paying per text on my own cell phone, I was thinking of getting a prepaid phone for my international texting, since I will be texting internationally alot pretty soon. Is there a plan or a prepaid texting card you can buy for that?

I’ve noticed that different cell phones access signals better or worse than others. My new verizon samsung phone doesn’t pull in the signal as good as my old audiovox phone. Since I’m getting ready to dump verizon I’ll be able choose which I want.

I’m an old guy and am supposed to have very good vision, but still I have serious trouble reading any LCD display in daylight. I’ve yet to find any reviews that rate the daylight readability of cell phone displays. So, if there are such reviews, I’d like to know where to find them. Otherwise, I’d be happy knowing about similiar personal experiences that might help me find the right cell phone. I’m not looking for anything but basic features.

I can’t get into my cell phone voice mail because my #1 key doesn’t work and I need to type in the #1 for my password. So, is there a way to check my voice mail from another phone such as my home phone or another cell phone?

What Happens to an old cell phone after the number is transferred to a new cell phone?

I’m purchasing a new cell phone and I’m planning on transferring my old number to the new phone. However, a friend of mine is interested in buying the old phone from me and before I do any of this I’d like to know what will happen to the old phone’s number if I transfer it to my new phone. Will he have to transfer his number to that phone, or will it keep the number it already has regardless of me transferring it to the new phone?
